The national presence and viability of agricultural activity is one of the assets of Brazilian agro. Paradoxically, at the same time it is one of its main bottlenecks, due to the deficiencies that still exist in our logistics infrastructure.
With the competitive advantage of being able to count on the entire capillarity of the production and distribution structure of the company's units, Votorantim Cement, Viter Agro overcomes this challenge. After all, it is able to guarantee supply and delivery of its portfolio to rural producers.
With eight production units spread across the country, Viter Agro is able to meet domestic demand for quality agricultural inputs. As a result, it occupies a privileged position in the national market in the segment.
And speaking of national presence, Viter Agro's production is distributed as follows: in the North and Central-West regions, there are operations in the cities of Xambioá (TO), Nobres (MT) and Sobradinho (DF). The Southeast region is supplied by units in Itapeva (SP), Salto de Pirapora (SP), Itaú de Minas (MG) and Pratápolis (MG). The South region is served by the Rio Branco do Sul (PR) operation.
Furthermore, accelerating the pace of expansion, in April, Viter Agro carried out the first export of products to Paraguay, one of the most promising agricultural markets in the region.
